convenient location cleaning service room amenities room cleanliness missing amenities breakfast quality
the location was very convenient. i found it easy to access transportation for sightseeing. the cleaning service was good , with daily changes of linens. i appreciated the fridge and kettle in the room.
i had to request some items that weren't initially provided , such as body cream.

The breakfast was nice with lots of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. the staff were always helpful and friendly. the location was great, and it was easy to get around.
The air conditioning in my room was quite weak. the internet connection was often slow and unreliable. the gym had limited equipment. It only included a few weights.

convenient location helpful staff limited breakfast closed spa
the location is super convenient! it is near to transportation hubs. the staff member was so helpful, especally when i needed directions to nearby attractions.
the breakfast options seemed limited. i noticed there wasnt a variety of fresh fruits. also, the spa area was closed . it would of been nice if it was open.

moldy shower noisy street
The staff were helpful and supported us with bookings for day trips.
The air conditioner did not work and management did not do anything to fix it. I felt as if it was not their problem. the shower had mold, disgusting. It was not possible to open a window because the hotel sits on a busy and noisy street.

The hotel is very close to tram stations. It also has easy access to metro lines. Restaurants are nearby, i found that very practical. The breakfast has a wide selection of options.
